Image Services Recognizes Six National Holidays

  • New Year’s Day
  • Labor Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • July Fourth
  • Christmas Day

These Requirements Apply to Holiday and Vacation Benefit

  • Currently be on an assignment
  • Work every business day of the week before, the week of, and the week after the holiday or vacation
  • The holiday/vacation pay will be equal to the average hours worked per day and the average hourly wage over the past 1,000 hours for holiday pay and 1,500 hours for vacation pay
  • Employees with excessive absences and/or tardiness (5 or more in prior 1,000 hours ) may not be eligible for holiday or vacation pay.

Holiday Only

  • Achieve 1,000 hours worked
  • Holiday pay is continuous as long as you are an employee. However, if you cut short an assignment or leave Image Services for more than 6 months, the 1,000 hours will have to be earned again.

Vacation Only

  • Must request approval prior to taking vacation
  • Work 1,500 hours and complete one year with Image Services from the anniversary date of the start of the first assignment
  • Vacation pay may be used to cover absences once 1500 hours has been earned, however, if you have received even one warning over the last 1500 hours this benefit is not available to you. (Vacation pay will not be paid upon resignation of employment with Image Services – if you do not use it, you lose it)
