THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA

Construction supply firm needs an experienced bookkeeper/office assistant to join their team today!

RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Handle AP/AR and account reconciliation 
  • Record payroll transactions into company program
  • Monitor and settle credit card and direct deposit transactions.
  • Maintain ordering and restock of office supplies
  • Filing, faxing and scanning documents
  • Other administrative duties as needed. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting (2-3 years exp)

HOURS: 15-20 hours between between 7AM – 4:30PM

SALARY: $15-$16 per hour based on experience
