THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION AS PART-TIME IN NORFOLK
Local finance and wealth management firm is in need of an experienced admin assistant to start immediately!
Handling filing, faxing and scanning of documents
Input new client information into company system.
Updating of social media with tips, etc.
Greet clients upon arrival
Collect, distribute and prepare mail for send out.
Additional duties as needed
Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent Typing and Data Entry skills
2+ years as an Admin in an office setting
Must pass background and credit check
Knowledge of social media marketing a strong plus.

HOURS: 9:30AM – 5:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. May grow to include Monday. Part-time 24-40 hours possible weekly
SALARY: $12 per hour
LOCATION: Downtown Norfolk (Parking is paid by client)
