Welcome to IMAGE SERVICES Staffing

Our goal is to provide you with assignments that are part-time, temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire employment opportunities, appropriate to your skills.

Full-time Opportunities

As many of our applicants desire the security and benefits that come with full-time employment, we make every effort to match your skills with our client’s requirements when they seek full-time candidates. Our clients have the opportunity to review resumes, interview and hire directly, or to bring you on as a temp-to-hire.

Testing Skills

We have more than 1500 tests that will assist us in placing you in assignments that best match your skill level. This assures your best performance and our commitment to our clients to provide only qualified applicants.

What to Expect

Assignment duties and pay will vary depending on the client company’s job description and requirements. You have the option of accepting or declining assignments. You will not be penalized for rejecting an assignment. Before you accept a temporary position you will be advised of as much as we know of the qualifications and skills required for the assignment, job description, start date, anticipated length of the assignment, rate of pay, hours, dress code and other pertinent facts. Upon accepting an assignment we will provide the name of the company, their address and our best directions. We are counting on you to complete the assignment as presented to you.

You are counted on to be there every day, all day. Missing work is not acceptable with any job and especially as a temp. If you receive an attractive job offer for full-time employment, from resumes you submitted previous to accepting the assignment, please give us NOTICE to find a replacement for you.

Keep us Informed

You must call an IMAGE representative as soon as you know you will be absent from or tardy for work. We have a 24/7 voicemail where messages can be left in an emergency situation. You must also speak with a company representative as soon as possible. Contact your account manager when an assignment comes to an end. Keep us notified of your availability. If you fail to remain in contact at the end of your assignment and every week thereafter, you will be
considered to have voluntarily quit.

Keep us notified of any changes in your work schedule, name, address and phone numbers by sending us an email.

Open Door Policy

We need to know of any problems with the client or their staff. You are requested to give us an opportunity to work things out or replace you if you are unhappy. If you have a problem please discuss the matter first with your account manager. If the matter remains unresolved, you can discuss your problem with IMAGE management.

Workplace Conduct

We have a long-standing well-enforced policy that prohibits illegal discrimination and/or harassment in the work place. If at any time you believe that you have been subjected to discrimination, or if you know that such conduct is occurring, you have an obligation to report it to your account manager. We will investigate all claims of discrimination or harassment and take appropriate action. Any IMAGE employee engaging in such conduct will be disciplined up to and including discharge. Retaliation for reporting concerns about discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

Affirmative Action-EEO Employer

We are an Affirmative Action employer dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, religious affiliation, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital status, disability, veteran’s status or other protected category under federal, state or local laws that prohibits discrimination and/or harassment in the work place.

I hereby affirm that the information provided on my application for employment with IMAGE (and any resume submitted) is true and complete and that I have withheld nothing that would, if disclosed, affect my application unfavorably. I understand that any false or misleading representations or omissions may disqualify me from further consideration for employment and may result in dismissal if discovered at a later date.

I understand that completion of my application does not assure me a position with IMAGE. I also understand that neither my application nor any other document constitutes a contract of employment for a specific term and that any employment relationship that may be established will be “at will” and may be terminated at any time, for any reason, or no reason, by me or IMAGE. I understand that no representative of IMAGE has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment with me contrary to the foregoing.

I hereby authorize IMAGE to investigate all information pertinent to my application, including contacting current and former employers in order to determine my qualifications for employment. I hereby authorize all persons and organizations having information relevant to my application to provide information to IMAGE and I hereby agree to hold harmless IMAGE and all those providing information to it from any liability arising out of or as a result of the request for, the provision of or use of such information. I understand that any offer of employment may be rescinded or my employment terminated if my references are inadequate or unacceptable to IMAGE or if I violate any provisions of this certification.

I further understand: if hired by IMAGE, I must abide by all of IMAGE’S rules and regulations as set forth in the Orientation Package, which, other than the “at will” employment policy, may be changed without notice at the discretion of IMAGE.

I understand that IMAGE is my employer. It is my responsibility to promptly inform IMAGE of any tardiness, absences, problems or issues that will affect my attendance. I must also notify IMAGE if I encounter any issues while on assignment with a client including those involving a client’s employee or contractor serving the client, or any work- related accidents or injuries.

Any information provided to IMAGE on this application or as part of the application process or if offered employment by IMAGE, any information relating to my employment with IMAGE, including, but not limited to, the contents of my personal file, may be available to clients, prospective clients, and government, insurance or other appropriate agencies or third parties as requested, or required by applicable law.

I must return any client property that is issued to me, including but not limited to security passes, keys, and identification upon completion of my assignment or I may be held responsible for any replacement costs or damages resulting from not doing so.

IMAGE may require me, typically at the request of their client, to submit to a drug and alcohol test prior to employment and a drug and alcohol test and/or medical examination at any time during my employment, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and I understand that a positive test result, or any refusal to submit to a drug test, may result in the termination/denial of my employment and/or workers’ compensation benefits.

IMAGE may require me, typically at the request of their client, to consent to or authorize the disclosure of my criminal record and/or consumer credit report prior to employment and at any time during my employment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I am required to present a note from a health care provider for any medically-related absence of two days or more as well as a note for any medically related doctor or hospital visit that includes permission to return to work.

I will not work more than forty (40) hours in a week without authorization from both IMAGE and the client- this includes skipping lunch.

I will not accept employment with any client I have been referred to for an interview or to which I am assigned, or with any staffing service providing services for the client at the client facility to which I am assigned during my employment with IMAGE and for a period of six (6) months following the termination of my employment with IMAGE, without written authorization from IMAGE.
